Second bedroom is furnished to sleep up to 6 (1 bunk bed with full bed on bottom, twin bed on top with twin trundle and a queen bed). Downstairs master bedroom has a new cal king bed with an attached master bath (sleeps 2). Lots of natural light with wood floors, fireplace in living room and newly updated kitchen.

The Beach Hill neighborhood is made up of many beautiful homes and is often considered one of the nicest areas in Santa Cruz. It is a quiet hill, but has walking access to so many of the attractions Santa Cruz offers.

Guests have use of one parking space off street. There are many public transit options near by... but the location is so great, once you get here you'll most likely walk around!

Please note that the property is an end condo unit. There are neighbors on one side.

Pets will be considered on a case-by-base basis... contact us BEFORE booking to see if your pet will be approved. $50 additional cleaning fee per pet.
