Welcome to Water Tower Suite- a stylish 1BR retreat with a relaxed boho aesthetic, perfect for your Campbell stay. Just minutes from downtown Campbell and the Pruneyard, this thoughtfully designed space offers a unique blend of comfort and charm. This property is part of a small, thoughtfully arranged lot with a total of four homes. Water Tower Suite is fully private, including its own entrance, patio, kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces. It shares one wall and a laundry area with the neighboring Airbnb unit, but all guest areas within the flat are completely separate and private.

In addition to the neighboring unit, there are two other standalone homes on the lot. These do not share walls with Water Tower Suite and operate independently.

Parking is available in a shared driveway, with one designated space per unit. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the neighborhood streets in accordance with local parking regulations.

Please note: the mailbox is shared with the adjacent Airbnb unit. If you’re expecting any deliveries during your stay, we recommend addressing packages clearly with your full name and unit name for smooth handling.

Guests at Water Tower Suite have full access to their private unit, the designated parking space (#1) in the shared driveway, their own private patio, and the shared laundry area. Please note that the neighboring units and their private outdoor spaces are not accessible to Water Tower Suite guests. Signage is posted on the property to help guide you and ensure everyone's privacy is respected during your stay.

We do not live on the property, but our main office is located nearby. From time to time, a team member may stop by to deliver supplies or handle property maintenance. If we happen to see you, we’ll gladly say hello, otherwise, we fully respect your privacy and aim to keep any interactions minimal and non-intrusive. We're always available via message if you need anything during your stay.

- Please no shoes inside the home.
- Please no Guests
- Only persons included in the reservation are allowed to be at the property
- Please be careful to not let water sit/run on the floor in the bathroom
- Please be courteous to our neighbors and keep the noise level down
- Please no parties
- Property is Non-smoking
- Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors
- Quiet Hours Between 8 pm - 8 am
- Please do not leave the door open- this is an issue for a variety of reasons

Pet Rules (If you have a pet you must follow the pet rules which are as follows):
- Pets may not use the yard for restroom needs, your pet must be walked
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture
- Clean up after your pets sanitary needs when you walk your pet, WHEREVER your pet uses the bathroom
- Your pet may not cause a nuisance of any kind, including but not limited to: barking, digging, scratching, and so forth
- Please do not leave your pet unattended in the yard at any time
- Your pet must remain on a leash whenever they are not inside the unit
