The Loft at Rose Manor is a beautiful light-filled retreat. Situated on the third floor of a 1920's home, the space is anything but ordinary. With a private bath, living area, and bedroom The Loft is a beautiful home away from home.

The Loft is not for those afraid of heights. Please be sure to review the photos to see the exterior staircase used to access the unit. It is on the 3rd floor so you must be comfortable with stairs, but the vaulted ceilings and the charm of the space are worth the hike :-)

You will have exclusive access of the loft which includes a small kitchenette, a bedroom, bath, and small living area. The loft is above a large 1920's Rose Garden residence. Laundry is shared with other airbnb guests. Yard is also shared with other airbnb guests.

I live in the front house part-time. Typically I am easily reached by message/ text. When I am home sometimes I will stop by and check on guests if they wish

The neighborhood is ideal because the location is so accessible. We are very near so many major freeways as well as public transportation. The home itself is on a cul-de-sac with beautiful old homes. Walking distance to Santa Clara University and easy access to HWY 17/ 880/280/101 and 87 this home is in the center of Silicon Valley.

Parking is on the street. However, the house has 2 entrances so there is typically parking on 1 or both sides (always free). If you are coming from San Jose Airport you will get on the freeway, stay in the entrance lane and immediately exit, and we're 1 block off the exit ramp...closer than most airport hotels.

Furniture and linens may be different from those pictured as they are sometimes damaged during stays. If you have concerns regarding this please ask before booking.
