The home comes fully furnished with towels, linens, dishes, kitchen supplies, furnishings. Master bedroom with Cal King and daybed w/trundle (acts as a sofa/sitting area if extra beds aren't required) and attached master bath (Master bedroom can sleep 4). Second bedroom is furnished to be able to sleep 6 (1 bunk beds with full bed on bottom, twin bed on top with twin trundle and 1 queen bed). Lots of natural light with wood floors, fireplace in living room and newly updated kitchen. Pull out tuffet bed (acts as 1 twin bed) in living room. Guests enter on the first floor, but all living space is upstairs. As this is a vacation rental there are changes in towels/ bedding/ some furniture as things are damaged or used- you should expect the property to look similar to the pictures but not exactly the same (bed count will stay consistent).

Guests have exclusive access of the unit. Private laundry room.

The Beach Hill neighborhood is made up of many beautiful homes and is often considered one of the nicest areas in Santa Cruz. It is a quiet hill, but has walking access to many of the attractions Santa Cruz offers.

During summer a guest parking permit for street parking can be provided (assuming they are available to us, if a previous guest loses them we may not be able to get replacements). There are many public transit options near by... but the location is so great, once you get here you'll most likely walk around!

Please note that the property is a middle condo unit. There are neighbors on either side as well as downstairs.

The laundry facilities are shared, and there are limited hours for laundry use.

Pets will be considered on a case-by-base basis... contact us BEFORE booking to see if your pet will be approved. $50 additional cleaning fee per pet. Plus an additional $250 security deposit.
